Frequently asked questions
Can I send my order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! When you get to the checkout page just input their address as the delivery address and we will send it straight to them. We never send prices on the packing slip that comes with the order so they wont know what you paid.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order the same day or next day depending on what time of the day you place the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. All items are sent via royal mail on 2nd class delivery.
Where are your products personalised?
We personalise all the products right here in our own workshop. This means we can assure that everything is shipped at the best possible quality that you can trust and love.
Can I return a product if I want to?
We think you will love your items when they arrive, but if for some reason you want to return them then that's okay. Return shipping will be covered by the customer. We are unable to accept returns on certain items. personalised and sale items cannot be returned. See the Returns page for more information
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £3.99 or FREE on orders over £30. Free delivery is excluded on the workwear bundles.
What if I've made a mistake on my personalisation?
If this happens please contact us as soon as possible. We work fast her so production of your items may have already started. We will do all that we can to help though.
